Warranty and Returns

Warranty on My Shop 1 Products

All products purchased from myshop1.com come with warranties and are fully guaranteed.

Occasionally, items do not work as intended, or get damaged in transit. In the event of this happening with an item you have received, please email our Customer Service team on customerservice@myshop1.com and give a full detailed description of the problem, as well as your Order Number.

Depending on the problem our customer service team will determine how best to resolve your problem with the minimum inconvenience to you.
If it is found that the item you received is faulty then we (or the originating supplier on locally sourced products) will exchange it at no cost to you. If neither myshop1.com, nor our supplier, has any more of the product in stock, then a full refund will be provided.

Warranty period on all products is normally 30 days unless otherwise stated in the product detail.

Returns

My Shop 1 will refund you for any products you purchased on-line for any reason up to 7 days after purchase. However if the reason you change your purchase decision is not a warranty issue, then you are responsible to post the undamaged, unused goods to us. Please contact us first on customerservice@myshop1.com.
